American Pale Ale w/ Hibiscus 5.5% ABV 44 IBU
This beer opens up with a subtle but solid aroma of fruity Hibiscus Tea and elegant tropical fruit. The Malt provides a touch of candy sweetness and solid bready backbone to carry the bitterness of the hops. The tropical fruit notes linger and continue for a bright, smooth finish.

It was, for the most part, okay...

Had some nice floaties in it, solid to-style scent, but the mouthfeel was strongly astringent and the taste was quite bitter, and not on a hoppy way. Overall, it's okay...

Notes via stream of consciousness: It's interesting that the label doesn't mention the inclusion of hibiscus as I thought that was required by law. I should also note that it's contract brewed and packaged at Bone Hook, which is really neither here nor there, but noted on the label. The body is a hazy pink in color beneath a short head of pinkish-white foam. The hibiscus is noticeable in the aroma. It's floral, fruity, and hoppy. The flavor follows with additional sweetish and bready malt, a healthy dose of bitterness. I get the hibiscus, which is floral and just a little tart, and there are also notes of lemon-lime and dull herbs like sage or oregano. In the mouth it's medium bodied and gently crisp. The head dropped quite quickly and it didn't leave any lacing after that. It's a curious beer that really is more of a pale with hibiscus added than a hibiscus beer that's been labeled as a pale ale - you probably have to be familiar with a bunch of hibiscus beers for that to make sense. The hibiscus is present but not distracting, and it's refreshing and dry.
