We collaborated with our buddy Joe Short of Short's Brewing in Bellaire, MI to create this bloody mary-inspired beer brewed with over 120 lbs of fresh roma tomatoes, then aged on black pepper, horseradish, celery seed and fresh dill.

Served on-tap at the Dogfish Head (new!) Brewpub in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Pours a golden orange colored body with a slight haze. Aromas are filled with an overwhelming amount of tomatoes and perhaps a bit of spice. Flavor is more subtle but you can definitely taste the tomatoes, horseradish and some dill spice. The malt body does hold up well and keeps it from becoming too overwhelming. Overall, a fun beer, they hit what they were going for, but 5-6 ounces is plenty for me.
