Aprihop is an American IPA brewed with Pilsner and Crystal malts. It's massively hopped -- in the continuous fashion, of course! -- and the flavor is complemented by the addition of apricots.
After fermentation, the beer is dry hopped with irresponsible amounts of Amarillo hops. The beer has a hoppy aroma, with the apricots playing a supporting role.
The flavor is rich with late hop flavors, and its bitterness is tempered by just the right amount of malt sweetness and fruity undertones from the apricots.
50 IBU

Pours a brilliant light copper, chill haze look; sticky head that condenses oh so slowly, leaving parts of itself behind with great lacing; attractive bubble laden cohesive cap remains for a while; then a thin dense film that never leaves.
Nose is malt laden hop goodness; malt has an appealing caramelized aroma to it, wisps of apricot come and go amongst resin laden hops.
Taste brings all the nose promised but more intense; the hops really bring high levels sticky pine and grapefruit; not to be outshined by a really rich caramel malt with a perfectly balanced hit of apricot.
Body is medium, but highly drinkable, dangerously so; it’s bright, super clean, and dry; great sticky and prickly hop coat on the tongue with firm bitterness that lingers.

12oz bottle poured into a pint glass
P- clear amber w/ a 1f off-white head
N- soft nose of juicy hops & sweet apricots
T- wow- definitely bolder than the nose lets on; a big forward consisting of sweet, juicy hops & apricots, followed by a drying, bitter hop finish; light bready malt plays a nice supporting role; a bit of heat comes out in the finish; well-balanced and delicious
MF- med-bodied w/ med carbonation; has a refreshing element to it
O- I was [surprisingly] quite impressed w/ this IPA; tasty and extremely drinkable; would definitely have again

Amber color ; perfect white head. The aroma of pine, caramel, and light apricot notes. A balanced mix of hops , fruits, and caramel malt in taste. Decent but not overwhelming bitterness. Interesting combination of IPA and fruits.

The hops drown out any apricot flavor
This stuff is horrible.
