Wild saison aged in wine barrels. Pours a nice cloudy gold. Small head but leaves some lacing. Smell is yeasty- sour but also bready. Maybe just a touch of funk. Taste is similar to smell. Sour up front but going into a little earthy funk. Some light bitterness through the finish wraps this up nicely. Although the sour wild ale flavor is dominant this has a good balance to it. Nicely carbonated. Medium bodied and very drinkable.

12.7 ml bottle poured into a snifter
A- A fairly clear golden copper with a small white head.
S- Wheat, cereal grains, nice brett funk, some oak, herbal, mildly tart, citrus, some pineapple, slightly dank.
T- Tart, citrus, some pineapple, cereal grains, oak, brett funk/touch of band-aids, herbal.
M- Smooth, light to medium body.
O- A well put together dry hopped saison. Nelson hops definitely stand out more compared to the Galaxy.
