The beer is brewed with sweet potato, black carrots, pineapple and wild blueberry. The beer is clear with a reddish/purple color. A thin head of foam. The taste is of pineapple and blueberry, slight tart character. Clean and refreshing. Not a sour but some characteristics of one. This is beer for people that don't want full on sour but has some tartness. Had the beer on draft at DFH Brewery and Eats location. Definitely worth a try.
