This rustic farmhouse ale is the amalgam of a zesty Belgian-style saison fermented with raspberries, Montmorency Cherries & a Mixed-Culture Golden Ale Aged 3 Years in French Oak.

Pours a reddish amber with a just barely pink dense head which dissipates rather quickly. Pretty Smell is that Belgian farmhouse yeastiness with some dark fruit. Taste is tart cherries, reminiscent of a wild or lambic sourness, I like the raspberries in there adding a little complexity to the fruit flavor. There's a nice golden Belgian ale backbone here too.
Crisp. Very drinkable. Nice to see Dogfish Head executing this type of beer extremely well.
