A farmhouse style saison ale brewed with pale and rye malts, Calypso and Amarillo hops, lightly spiced with cardamon, and orange peel. Fermented and aged in red wine barrels from Alexandria Nicole vineyards with a saison yeast and Brettanomyces to give this ale its fruity and funky character.
