I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the taproom in Oaxaca city.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a moderate haze and a finger of white foam atop.
Smell: pleasantly tart and a little fruity and yeasty. I like it - it has zing.
Taste: slightly tart, slightly yeasty, a dash of tropical fruit, and nicely bitter. I'm a fan; kveik doesn't always work in hoppy applications, but it's pretty successful here.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a very satisfying and easily drinkable kveik. It's always exciting to see one out there in the wild, and this was a good execution -- I could quaff a lot of these!
