I visited on a Saturday afternoon and had lunch and a couple beers.
This place is so strange and fascinating. It is a brewery / stationery / "bespoke printing" business. They have brewing equipment downstairs, and a bar and some equipment that might be an old printing press upstairs, as well as notebooks and paper and other interesting things.
I can't tell you if the staff was knowledgeable, since I speak imbecile-level Japanese (if that), and they spoke very little English. They were friendly and patient. Service is Japanese, which may be a surprise for Americans, you have to ask for service when you want something, they won't just come to you.
They had I think eight beers on tap. Mostly classic styles, nothing imperial or barrel aged or with pop tarts added. I had a lager and a weizen, and they were both very good beers.
I ate a gorgonzola and honey pizza and some fried chicken, both were very good.
The vibe was sophisticated. Quiet, clean, almost like drinking in a library. Not sure if it gets homier in the evenings. I liked it, but if you're looking for a rollickin' good time, this might not be the place for you.
