Our European Style Lager brewed with the finest Pilsner malts we could find, hopped gently with Saaz, and fermented with a new favorite lager yeast strain of ours. Reminds us of German sourdough bread and pan Gallego.

clear, medium yellow golden in color. aroma of bread dough, some grassy hops. similar taste, a touch sweet. thin to medium bodied.
