This hoppy saison is a celebration of local craftsmanship, blending Pilsner, Rye, Wheat, and Va Va Voam malt from our friends at Valley Malt with an audacious dose of Chaos and Triumph hops from Four Star Farms. It’s all tied together with our favorite saison yeast, creating a vibrant, flavorful beer.

Pours a beautiful golden color with a white head that quickly dissipates.
Finely carbonated with a crisp mouthfeel.
Hoppier than most Saisons, some malt.
What I appreciate the most is the nice 'Pepper' bite in the finish.
