14 oz. pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a Willi Becher glass. It pours a clear, bright, honey-yellow color with two fingers of creamy, bright white head and lots of thick, clinglng lacing. The smell is grassy and herbal with a base of cracker malt and a hint of lemon peel. The taste is earthy, herbal, and slightly spicy. The Czech Saaz hops are fully displayed and there's very little sweetness. The mouth feel is lite and crisp with pleasant carbonation, and it's super drinkable at 4.5% ABV. Overall, Morava is a great local example of this rather obscure style. I'm impressed that Oakflower Brewing Company chose to brew it.
