I had to update my rating because this beer has improved tremendously as the brewer(s) have refined it! I still may be too low on the rating! This is an incredibly well done dark lager, with a billowing, pillowy head, beautiful roasted malt notes both on the nose and in the taste, and it's incredibly soft and round on the palate! It's a real treat, especially on side pull! (5/15/26)
