Rootstock is our hazy IPA series that takes a tried-and-true, Citra-heavy base beer and layers on new or lesser used hop varieties. We start every batch with a base of pilsner malt, loads of flaked and malted oats, and a healthy amount of Citra in both the whirlpool and dry hop. This version split the hopping duties with the hot new Nectaron.
