Salinas is a clean pilsner base beer, hopped aggressively with Crosby Estate Grown Comet. Firm bitterness, bright citrus, grapefruit juice, with underlying notes of dank tropical goodness. Dry enough to keep it crisp, but with just enough body to maintain some substance.
