Collaboration with Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co.
For this very special saison we teamed up with our friends at @azwilderness to put something together that honored the ingredients of our region and our mutual love of the style. A blend of beautiful small batch malt from @sinaguamalt, @lincmalt & @coldstreammalt creates a soft mouthfeel that is balanced by bright acidity and expressive rusticity. Hopped with Pacific Jade and Zumo and fermented with tremendous amounts of fresh Blood Orange from @agritopiafarm and handpicked Ocotillo flower, this beer is packed with bright citrus, honeydew melon, gentle florality and hints of white pepper. Making beers with regional ingredients and small batch malt is a labor of love front to back and we extend a thank you to the work and diligence of all involved in this beer. As the weather warms, this beer provides deep refreshment and brilliant expression of fresh regional ingredients.
