Free State uses pale ale malt, crystal malts and biscuit malt to give this beer a firm malt foundation. The hop level is towards the high end and English hops are used exclusively. UK Challenger hops are used for bittering and UK Fuggle hops for dry hopping. (O.G. - 15.0P. Hops - 50 IBUs)
