Aged in Missouri oak puncheons. Notes of candied orange and caramel undertones. Subtle aroma of vanilla.

Very sweet for an American barleywine. Though there is plenty of citrus, it's candy like rather than bitter or pithy. Lots of caramel as well and just a hint raisins from a breakfast cereal. The mouthfeel is full and lush. Really liking this, thanks Harry!

Pours a cloudy light bronze with a thin off-white head.
Smells and tastes just like a Barleywine should.
Fantastic example of the style.
It is very well balanced with the hops.
I'd definitely get it again as it's one of the better barleywines I've had in a while.
I never heard of this brewery before, but would like to try other styles from them.
I love that the beer is sans cask aged in this day & age when unfortunately most are.

16oz can served in a little tulippy snifter. Can date appears to be 09/11/23. Got it from @Braunmeister_1943.
Pours a clear mahogany, small wispy head, extremely fine carbonation, looks thick. Smell is fig newton, oak, maybe nuts and toffee.
Taste is vaguely similar to the aroma. Way more fig, something almost like dark raisins, oak or some kind of wood is there, some kind of earthy bitterness on the back end.
Mouthfeel is thick, chewy, and satisfying. Overall, very nice barleywine.

16 oz. can. Orange-brown color with thin head. The flavor is very boozy, almost like liquor. The finish has some caramel sea salt taste with more alcohol. Mouthfeel is a bit thin for the style.

Purchased as a 4 pack. Pours slightly hazy amber color with a very fine creamy head. Boozy piney aroma. Sweet brown sugar flavor with a sticky slight bitterness. Tannic mouthfeel with boozy heat and very very fine carbonation. Overall, a solid American Barleywine!
