Meet Noche Azteca, a smooth and creamy milk stout that’s all about bold, comforting flavors. With just 19 IBUs from Columbus hops, it’s perfectly balanced and easy to sip. We’ve added cinnamon, vanilla, and a hint of nutmeg to give it a cozy, spiced twist—like something the Aztecs might have enjoyed on a chill evening. It’s rich, sweet, and made for kicking back under the stars.

Poured into a Fremont small snifter. Pours a very dark mahogany brown, appearing opaque in the glass with a fine, two finger dark khaki head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of dark toasted malt, vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon and hint of coffee. Flavor is moderate dark toasted malt, vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, a little coffee and some very light nutmeg, which I would have missed if I wasn't looking for it from the description. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A mellow, but fine tasting sweet stout. The vanilla and spicing are light and well integrated into a malt body that is not that intense, but well flavored from beginning into a lingering finish. Seems understated, but the flavors are remarkably well balanced. Looks great too. I really liked this one. I'll be returning to this brewery, which has a quite nice look and feel to it too.
