WEST COAST IPA COLLAB w/ IRRELEVANT BEER
This crispy, moderately alcoholed IPA is a perfect blend of classic tried and true hops with a slight modern twist. We wanted to look back to the hops and flavor profiles that defined this style with bits of pine and grapefruit zest, but added some strata hops and simcoe terpenes to turn up the volume which gives the beer some tangy pineapple and pez candy flavors.
