Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Westmalle chalice. Bright melon aroma with some grapefruit in the nose. Malty and sudsy with just a little sweetness. Taste is fruity and tangy. Flavors of lime peel and grapefruit soda water. Moderate bitter aftertaste. This new version of Sculpture Garden has not a single hop in common with the 2023 version, so I say it's a new beer. Highly hoppy but highly drinkable. From the 16 oz can purchased in Seattle. Dated 06/13/25 with the slogan "This Nelson goes to 11."
