We teamed up with our buds at ForeLand to lean into the tried and true flavor profiles of citrus peel and pine you used to reliably find in IPAs. We love tropical juice and ripe stone fruit as much as you do, but sometimes you need to remind yourself of the classics. That being said, we also wanted to crank the volume up so we went with a heavy double dry hop and some oil concentrate products. We used lots of bold Chinook, Columbus, Idaho 7, Idaho 7 Cryo, Simcoe, Simcoe Dynaboost, and Simcoe Cryo and yowza, the result is awesome. Super bright citrus zest, crisp melon, and some lingering pine sap with a snappy bitterness and effervescent carbonation. All modern intensity with a timeless twist.
