Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a dimpled mug.
Ruby brown colored body. Creamy off white colored head, which has residual staying power. Leaves behind torn sheets of lacing.
Aroma of roasted malts with caramel, joined by floral/spicy hops.
Taste is sweet, with a spicy end note. Flavors of caramel and cocoa, along with some floral notes that enhance the sweetness. Mellow caramel and cocoa lingers in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel, but very creamy and smooth. Pleasant bite completes the profile. Very good carbonation.
Right to style, and a treat to drink with its sweet flavors, ending bite, and creamy feel.

Pours a dark brown with two fingers of white foam. Aroma is toasty and bready malts, with mild cracker malts behind. Grassy and spicy hops dress it up a little further. Flavor profile is back to toasty and bready malts. Caramel mingles with mild grassy and spicy hops and mild cracker malts. As a whole, it's dry. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a fuzzy, crispy texture. Overall, really refreshing, with forward dark malts and a dry finish.
