An all malt lager. Clean, crisp and low in alcohol. This beer is light in color with a bready malt background, balanced with light hop bitterness. Made to pair with the various activities, foods and cultures our great Garden State offers.

At the brewery on draft. Crystal clear, had a nice white head but it disappeared quickly with low carbonation. Nice bready aroma. Crisp clean’ flavor, not very bitter.

Look: Pours out a super-pale yellow, with lots of carb bubbles and a frothy just off-white head.
Aroma: Lightly sweet malt. A little grassy hop.
Taste: Super clean. Crackery malt and some grassy, slightly spicy Noble hops.
Feel: This is where this beer shines. Super crisp. Perfect carbonation. It just evaporates from the glass.
Overall: A wonderful everyday lager. Couldn’t think of something better for a baseball game, for example.

Draft at Pinocchio's Beer garden. Clear golden pour, creamy white head, lacing. Grainy aroma, sweet. Taste is malty, biscuity, sweet and very, very dry.

Considering how delicious their dark beer was, I have a feeling that the samplings of this beer might have been due to mishandled stock.
Will follow up with another review of the original lager after I've tried this beer again.
