Poured a murky brown body with minimal head and no lace. The booziness in the aroma is subdued and is underneath a coffee smell. The beer is medium to full bodied, boozy, almost like a port wine as the woodiness and dark fruit flavors like figs and plums are dominant and overpower any sweet malts or coffee taste, although the booze isn't too strong on the finish and beer has a moderately dry finish.
