Our Pale Lager returns. Reminiscent of the Pils found in Southern Germany this beer combines the intricate malt complexity of traditional German Pilsner malt with the elegant noble hop aroma of German Saphir, Hallertau Mittlefruh, Tradition, and Hersbrucker along with a hint of sulfur from our Bavarian Lager yeast. As authentic as we can make this style of beer and one we’re very proud of. Step mashed, cold fermented, naturally carbonated, and lagered below freezing for 4 weeks. A little less malt character and a little more hop presence than Helles.
