Modern NZ L IPA
The hops we have from New Zealand right now might be the best hops we've experienced in a long time. Laser Kiwi utilizes a blend of Nelson and New Zealand Cascade on the hotside and is then dry hopped with copious amounts of Nectaron, 2023 Harvest Nelson, and a touch of our new favorite hop NZ cascade also from the 2023 Harvest. This is the most hops we've ever added to a 5% beer and the results are awesome. Pineapple, peach, passion fruit, grape candy, and pithy white grapefruit explode from the glass. Incredibly hop saturated without sacrificing drinkability.
