DAMP 24.04 is the definition of financial recklessness. When you don’t have anyone to tell you NO and you love fresh hops as much as we do, this is what happens. This beer started out with 100% Idaho grown Buzz Pilsner and Buzz Pale from our new friends at Coldstream Malt and Linc malt. We then added almost 30lb/bbl of fresh wet Mosaic from Jackson Hop Farms into our mash tun after the boil. We then dry hopped this beer 3 separate times with nothing but freshly kilned whole hops. 2lb/bbl of early pick Zeus went in at the tail end of fermentation. After fermentation was complete we added another 2lb/bbl of Krush, Mosaic, and Citra. Then added even more Krush and Citra to the Brite tank and lagered this on those hops for an additional week. The result? Incredibly saturated fresh hop goodness! Shocking I know. All the sexy hops in multiple formats and staggering amounts.
