Damp 24.05

DAMP 24.05 started out with more of that awesome Buzz malt and some of that same wet Mosaic from 24.04 on the hotside but was followed by a sizable addition of HBC1019 in the hop back on the way to the fermenter. After fermentation we dry hopped it with three different lots of kilned whole leaf Citra from two different farms. It’s a great example of everyone’s favorite cheat code hop combo with some nice added complexity from the 1019. Similar in profile to 04 but in a lower ABV, crushable little package.
