Honey and bread is the predominant malt-flavor with a bit of lemon from the hops.

On tap at brewery:
I get the impression there is a bit of haze to this one, but it’s being coy. It does have a light golden body with a white head that gets revitalized when I grab the glass.
Pilsner malt gives the bread impression I like in a Pilsner, funked up a tad by fresh cut grass and leafy herbs like parsley. There’s a light mineral note as well.
A little light on carbonation, unexpectedly, though it does bring with it a bit of softness. Hits pretty well on crisp and clean aspects, however.
Layered crackers to hard bread malt opening, though lighter than expected from the nose. A bit of green pepper and hay keep things from being sweeter than they should be. By mid-taste, a familiar grass with a hint of lemon peel comes through.
Pretty straightforward offering here, a pretty nice Pilsner in my book.
