This one is a traditional, full-bodied Octoberfest. Nothing fancy, it’s toasted malt mixed with a lighter munich malt. Tastes like toasted bread, nuts, and bread crust. No fancy spices or caramel in this Octoberfest.

16 ounce draft pour into a Willi Becher at the brewery.
L: Very clear amber, 1/2” white head, modern retention.
S: Light malt aroma, some orange citrus.
T: Some toasted malt, hints of caramel/nutty sweetness, acidic zesty bitterness lords over the malt profile, dry and sharp.
F: Fairly light, high carbonation, crisp feel.
O: Overly hopped, bitterness is harsh/acidic.
