Copenhagen 8/2 2023. 33 cl bottle from Craft Makers Collective web-shop. Brown label with a dolphin, some claw marks and a weird symbol.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with subtle citric notes. Sweet blood orange, currants and a little white sugar. Lemon and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong fruity sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is Tart with a sweet undertone Lingers for a bit Finish is rather dry.
Fresh and juicy take on a Wheat Fruit Beer.
