Pie. Whoever invented the pie? Here was a great person. At Sidereal, we specialize in cherry pie. We do have many other types of pie, and next door at Maillard Kitchen, Felicia knows how to make them all better than anyone I have ever known. I hope Felicia likes me. This beer is a cherry pie-inspired mixed-fermentation sour fermented and aged in French red wine puncheons with a blend of fresh pie cherries. We taste soft graham cracker notes melded with almond flour notes, balanced by tart a cherry finish.
