A little rough around the edges, this is a big, bold, early 2000s take on the American DIPA style. Brewed with a single pale ale malt and hopped with copious amounts of Columbus, Simcoe and Chinook. Expect big resinous hop flavors, citrus pith and aromatic pine followed by an assertive bitterness.
