This is a well balanced sour not meant to make your lips pucker like some of the candies you might have had as a kid, or an adult in my case. You'll notice hints of wheat in this one along with the pineapple to give it a little more body and cloud it up just a touch.

Clear pale gold (SRM 3-5) with occasional big bubbles of carbonation. A three-inch, fluffy white cloud settles to a loose blanket after about five minutes and having left thick patches of lace.
The aroma is sweet and tart, with surprisingly mild pineapple, soapiness, and no real funk.
Mild tartness works with light sourness and sweetness, all in balance with one another. The pineapple is still mild, while faint grains and kiwi build into a strong finish that slowly fades. The kiwi and grain also build with warmth.
A thin body and satin texture may be allowing the alcohol more presence than it deserves. Carbonation is light and fizzy.
This is a very drinkable sour beer. I would say it is similar to a Gose. It is pleasant and I am enjoying it from a double-walled pint glass on a sunny mid-summer afternoon.
