Crystal clear golden brew with plenty of foam in the little Chuckanut Kölsch glass. Pleasant grainy aroma with a hint of meadows. Light and prickly on the tongue. Grainy taste, cereal, bran flakes, and an herbal finish. Slight resiny aftertaste with just a touch of bitterness. I wouldn't say this is much like a classic German Kölsch, but it is a highly quaffable light ale. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station.
