Crystal clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the goblet. Aromatic with citrus, leaf mold, and some pineapple in the nose. Some slight sweetness and malty flavors with a spritzy mouthfeel. Taste is quite woody, leafy, green, and dank with some fruity relief. Aftertaste is seriously bitter. For all the interesting hops this seems over-amped and stewed. I think they should give this recipe another shot. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Not dated.
