Clear golden yellow brew with abundant foam in the Tuborg Pilsner glass. Aroma is slightly fruity with some apple followed by grapefruit. Light and spritzy mouthfeel is also decent. The flavor starts out with that bite of apple and a touch of grapefruit, but gets unpleasantly bitter after a few seconds. It's clean, seems like a good effort, but fails the drinkability test. Overall, this just seems like bitter carbonated water to me. Nice label, though. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 11/6/24.
