Clear pale yellow-amber brew with plenty of foam in the chalice. Nose of green herbs and hay. There is a slight but tasty fruity note of green grapes early and then it gets bitter. Mouthfeel seems very light and the flavor evaporates off your tongue. Finish is quite austere with that mineral bite and lengthy bitter aftertaste. So many interesting hops but so slight on the aromatics. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 3/18/25, exactly a month old.
