Fair amount of medium light brown head. Black as coal color. Moderate amount of nearly burnt, roasted grains with nearly burnt caramel and a touch of booziness, for the aroma. Very much a heavily roasted, nearly burnt grain flavor with a slight tinge of toffee, late in the taste. Satisfying, heavy and slightly creamy, very heavily roasted grain finish.
