A sour beer brewed with Key Lime and a pinch of salt.
Adult key lime gatorade, It's not too salty (like it's barely salty) and not too sour - in the goldilocks region

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, from my favourite LCBO at The Roundhouse Centre in nearby Windsor. My first beer from the Toronto, ON brewery.

355 mL can from the LCBO; there's a date code but I can't read it (it starts with 2623). Served slightly chilled.
Pours a hazy, translucent lemondrop yellow colour, with less than a finger of loose, sudsy white head that fizzles well within sixty seconds. A thin collar and filmy cap live on - looks normal for the style. Lots of key lime zest & juiciness on the nose, with added hints of lemonade, salt water and faint wheatiness.
I want to call this beer straightforward, but at the same time it's sour, it's salty, it's a little juicy & sweet - there's enough going on, but it all blends together like a sports drink or something. Wheaty, bready pale malts and key lime at forefront, with light lactic acidity and saltiness on the back end. Light in body, with middling carbonation that adds some spritz to this brew's otherwise smooth, slightly fluffy mouthfeel. One can is enough per session, but this is something I could return to on a regular basis.
Final Grade: 3.91, a B+. I really liked Burdock's Key Lime Gose, but I have always had a soft spot for lime-flavoured things, so maybe I'm not a particularly impartial judge. It's a competently-brewed gose with key lime - nothing exotic or fancy, but highly effective for summer thirst-quenching purposes. I'd buy this beer again, and would recommend it to anyone with an affinity for the style, or for lime beers in general.

Blonde colour, light white head and no lace. Smell has lots of lime and fruity notes, some wheat and malty points, light salt water points as well. Taste starts out salty and lightly tart, lime perrier water with a light malty finish. Medium carbonation, light body, crisp feel to it. Just OK, drinks really quickly but lacks any real depth or flavour.

Bottle: Poured a light golden color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of salt and lime notes with light tart notes is intriguing. Taste is also a mix of salt and lime notes with some light tart notes. Body is alight with good carbonation. Well brewed for the style with nice refreshing factor.
