Pale golden colour, hint of sweetness, lots of complexity. A bit tart. Very delicious!

Purchased at the brewery for $8.00 for a 500ml bottle. Served at 8deg C in a tulip
A- Opens well and pours a 1" high white head that is gone in 2mins or so. Very interesting light gold colour. Difficult to describe. Has some translucence and it changes colour on angle to light
S- Nice yeast. Sour
T- Nice blend of light hops on a sour base. Has some grassy notes that blend into the brew well. Nice complexity and as it opens you get floral and light herb notes. No heat at all and it's a double digit alcohol brew. Be careful
M- Creamy good. Like this dryness after as well
O- I like this one. Has a creamy silky sweet nature to it. Not obtrusive and just a generally mellow and well blended brew. Will buy again
Food Pairing
This nice little brew went well with..... BBQ aged pineapple with a juicy regular ground beef burger topped with melted bleu cheese
Enjoy
