Bottle conditioned classic (clean) style saison. Aged 6 months prior to release (6+ whole months!). Great natural carbonation, beautiful clove saison character. Very easy drinking.

Very drinkable Saison, but not overly complex. A little too sweet for my likeing swaying away from style. I also found that I would have preferred if it were a bit dryer but an ok beer none the less

375ml bottle - I am becoming less and less of a fan of this brewery simply from the lack of useful info on their labels. Just sayin'.
This beer pours a mostly clear, pale golden straw colour, with two fingers of puffy, finely foamy, but generally fizzy off-white head, which leaves some random splattered and sudsy lace around the glass as it quickly evaporates.
It smells of gritty and grainy cereal malt, some muddled stone fruitiness, dried banana chips, an estery yeastiness, and very faint earthy, musty, and floral noble hop bitters. The taste is grainy and crackery pale malt, some peach/apricot/white grape fruity notes, further weird weissbier banana essences, a still laid-back yeasty character, ephemeral earthy spice, and more well-understated leafy, musty, and dead floral hoppiness.
The carbonation is average in its palate-satisfying frothiness, the body an adequate medium weight, and generally smooth, with nothing really getting in the way of a moderately swell time here. It finishes trending dry, the banal malt, spice, fruit, and yeast (I know) petering out.
Overall - I really do not understand the fervour for this operation, whether at home (Ontar-i-ari-o), or abroad (Albeerta). Their offerings do not inspire any sort of fascination, whether it be their strange appropriation of the months of the year, or their weak substitutions for the real Belgian deal. At any rate, I'm just bored with this stuff.

This one pours a mostly clear straw yellow color, with a small foamy head, and lots of lacing.
This one smells like peach, hay, light vanilla, citrus, and mild funk.
This is really clean, and surprisingly creamy- I think my mind is tricking me into thinking I'm tasting vanilla. There's lots of peach here too, almost like a light rustic peaches and cream saison or something. There's also grassy and hay-like funk, some clove, light breadiness, etc.
This is very light bodied, and very clean, with a slightly creamy feel to it.
I like this a lot- it's got some unique flavors.
