From a pint can purchased at the brewery.
A deep dark pour with a thick dense khaki head with extreme retention. The head turns a little soapy/rocky, and thins out a little on its way to the bottom and produces generous rings of lacing.
Dark roasted barley malts and supple but flavorful cherry wood smoke dominate the flavor profile. Molasses notes, dark dried fruit, cherries and hints of dark baker’s chocolate and vanilla accompany the rich flavors.
