American India pale ale: Without moderation, we hopped this beer at a rate in excess of 16 lbs./bbl. Fresh Idaho-7 hops from Crosby Farms were used in the whirlpool 24 hours after harvest. Double dry hopped with Idaho-7 CRYO and Crosby CGX NUVO, this beer is drenched with Idaho-7 character.
