Crafted with German malted wheat and barley, Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, and our favorite Hefeweizen yeast strain. Double decocted and naturally carbonated. Notes of clove, banana, lemon, candied orange, and freshly baked bread.
Named after Zenobia (240 - after 274 CE), who was queen of Palmyra in modern day Syria and known for her political ambition. She conquered several Roman provinces in the Roman east but was ultimately defeated by the Roman emperor Aurelian.
