Alexandros is one of our cross-continental IPAs. It is hopped generously with a blend of three hops: Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand, Vic Secret from Australia, and Simcoe from the United States. Double dry-hopped and crafted with American malted barley, specialty German and British malt, and our house ale yeast, this IPA is soft, juicy, and complex. We taste notes of mango sorbet, gummy bears, passion fruit, and pineapple.
It is named after Alexander the Great (356 - 323 BCE), who was an ancient Greek king of Macedonia and known for his military genius. By the time he was thirty, he established one of the largest empires in history, stretching from Greece to India. He was also a student of the famous Greek philosopher, Aristotle.
