Apicius is our fruited kettle sour series. This iteration was conditioned on massive amounts of mango purée and organic Madagascar vanilla beans. Crafted with American malted barley and white wheat, British torrified wheat, American hops, and our favorite Lactobacillus culture. Notes of mango gelato, vanilla mango muffins, and mango crumb bars with a soft wheat finish.
It is named after the famous Roman epicure Marcus Gavius Apicius (1st century CE).
