Crafted with American malted barley and white wheat, British torrified wheat, American hops, and our favorite Lactobacillus culture. Conditioned on massive amounts of Raspberry and Sweet Cherry purée. Notes of raspberry jam, berry pie, and cherry ice cream with a soft wheat finish. Named after the famous Roman epicure Marcus Gavius Apicius (1st century CE).
