Apicius VIII: Black Raspberry

Apicius is our fruited kettle sour series. This iteration was conditioned on massive amounts of black raspberry purée. Crafted with American malted barley and white wheat, British torrified wheat, American hops, and our favorite Lactobacillus culture, it is soft, tart, and refreshing. We taste notes of dark fruit, berry cobbler, and raspberry streusel with a soft wheat finish.
It is named after the famous Roman epicure Marcus Gavius Apicius (1st century CE).
